Quran Radio Algeria is the Algerian public station dedicated to Quran recitation and Islamic teachings. Launched in 1991, it broadcasts Quranic recitations by the greatest reciters of the Arab world, tajwid lessons, programs on Islamic jurisprudence, and the history of Islam. The station also offers programs on moral values and religious education for the whole family. Quran Radio is one of the most listened-to stations in Algeria, especially during the month of Ramadan. It broadcasts on 90.3 FM.
